This includes set-up, working on a team, communicating effectively with others, maintaining the hotel standards and service of guests. Duties: Ensure quality guest service and comfort by monitoring the area continuously Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc. Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments Maintain health and sanitation standards Qualifications: Previous bartending experience required Flexible work schedule including weekends/holiday Must be 18 years Must have current Food Handlers and Tips/SMART Card Permits Must have minimum of 1+years banquet server experience This position requires frequent lifting and standing for extended periods of time
