This specialty insurance company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their product team. This role will focus on internal and external billing components as well as projects related to digital transformation within their Underwriting practice. The team also has claims & policy focused projects in their pipeline so someone with additional experience in these areas would be helpful. Additionally, this BA will help with process improvements, requirements gathering on a project basis, and acting as a liaison between Business & IT teams. The digital transformation project includes insurance policy and billing system integrations and configurations, implementing new lines of business and companies into corporate policy and billing platforms, insurance web portals, reporting and documenting generation projects. A strong candidate will have insurance industry experience, billing/accounting background, claims background, strong knowledge of SDLC, and strong business analysis experience.
