As our first dedicated Quality Control Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring our productsfrom metal and plastic shopping carts to retail displaysmeet internal specifications and customer expectations. Responsibilities
Inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or non-conformance. Using precision tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers) to perform dimensional checks. Conducting visual and functional inspections of welded frames, plastic parts, and caster assemblies. Documenting inspection results and reporting quality issues to production and engineering teams. Supporting audits, remanufacturing evaluations, and fleet management inspections. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with inspection tools and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with metal fabrication and plastic molding inspection. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and CAPA processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices. Seniority level
