The Personal Risk Specialist is an outside sales position focused on serving the insurance needs of high net worth clients. The role involves cross-selling and developing new client sources. Primary Responsibilities: Schedule and conduct client visits to understand their lifestyle and insurance needs, providing tailored advice. Achieve new business sales goals annually within the target market. Develop lists of prospective clients and centers of influence for business development. Engage with professionals serving the affluent market to generate leads. Overcome sales obstacles and implement effective sales strategies. Meet with external centers of influence and build strong relationships. Support cross-selling strategies for existing and new clients. Participate in client meetings and manage prospect data using CRM tools. Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals. Flexibility in schedule, including some evening hours, is required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum 3 years in high net worth or personal insurance sales/service. Excellent communication skills. Property/casualty license required (or must be obtained within 60 days). Ability to travel 50% or more. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Why USI?
