Position Responsibilities Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino. Greets customers cheerfully and respectfully. Responds utilizing positive interpersonal skills. Sets up assigned service area in a timely manner, anticipates and stocks all food and service supplies to minimize shortages. Displays cafeteria food or coffee cart in a clean and attractive manner, also reviews daily menu for items served, portion sizes and prices. Able to work all positions in the cafeteria and is flexible with scheduling to meet departments demands. Demonstrates a cost conscious attitude in the daily operation; practice cost control measures by using portion control, minimizing waste. Keeps refrigerated units closed when not in use. Recognizes names of all food items served and be able to explain content to customers if necessary. Qualifications High school diploma Must have excellent customer service skills.
