Our culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven. The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the financial strategy of the company, optimizing performance, and partnering with the CEO and private equity sponsors to drive long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans Operational Oversight : Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting Private Equity Partnership : Serve as the primary liaison with PE sponsors, lenders, and the Board M&A Execution : Support acquisition strategy, due diligence, and post-deal integration Team Development : Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team Risk & Compliance : Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management Performance Optimization : Identify and implement initiatives to improve margins, efficiency, and scalability Qualifications 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO, FP&A or VP Finance roles Experience in a private equity-backed company is required Industry experience in construction, engineering, or industrial services is strongly preferred Proven success in scaling businesses and leading M&A transactions CPA and / or MBA preferred Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, strategic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Create a job alert for this search
