Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in multifamily residential construction. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle-from preconstruction through closeout-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive results across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.

This position will oversee a variety of multifamily projects including podium, wrap, and garden-style developments. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily residential construction projects. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design and construction alignment. Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance oversight. Lead internal team meetings and coordinate cross-functional communication between field staff, office teams, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, proactively addressing risks and issues. Review and approve project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billings. Oversee inspections and jurisdictional approvals to maintain compliance and avoid delays. Prepare regular project reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure successful project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily residential construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices specific to multifamily projects Proven experience managing Type III and Type V construction and podium/wrap buildings Proficient in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or equivalent OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong financial acumen and ability to manage job cost tracking and forecasting Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Key Attributes Detail-oriented and results-driven Ability to manage multiple projects or phases concurrently Skilled in building relationships and leading project teams Solution-focused with a proactive mindset Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Career advancement opportunities within a growing development pipeline
