Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans. Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion. Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with families and staff. Be a steady, supportive presence for residentsbecause your care matters. What We're Looking For:
Current LVN license in the State of California. Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
