Deputy Contracts Manager

Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in procurement and contract management. Review contract documents and provide cost estimates for tenders. Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow, adjusting budget projections for design/construction changes and variations. Oversee main contract progress claims and subcontract payments, including variation claims. Resolve contract disputes and assess entitlements for extensions of time and loss/expense claims. Independently manage large-scale projects. Maintain records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation. Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders. Ensure timely finalisation of main and subcontract agreements. Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and/or management. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach. Experience in infrastructure projects is preferred.
