* Mon-Fri * 8a-5p * Weekend and after hour call

Clinical Details

* Clinic: 18-22 patients per day * 100% Adults * Cystoscopy in office * Bread and butter procedures in OR

Requirements

* Board Certified or Board Eligible * Active IL license

* Will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates

* DEA and CSR * ACLS, BLS

Call

* 30 minute response time
