Administrative Assistant
for a private faith-centered school client located
onsite north of Minneapolis, Minnesota . This full-time opportunity supports school leadership in creating a warm, organized, and efficiently run academic environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school. This position supports the Head of School and faculty by managing communications, organizing records, and coordinating activities and events. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and highly organized, with a passion for supporting student success in a faith-based environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and parent inquiries Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and documentation Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other communications Manage office supplies, event logistics, and staff calendars Support school events, testing coordination, and school website updates Provide general administrative support to the Head of School and faculty as needed
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a welcoming and professional demeanor Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital filing systems High attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation Personal alignment with the school's faith-centered values and mission
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$54,000, commensurate with experience, along with paid time off and a supportive work environment that fosters professional and personal growth within a faith-based educational setting.
