Senior Business Analyst (Financial Industry / $9,000)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Lead the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and process models. Manage and support end-to-end project delivery including system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing. Analyze and interpret data using SQL, ETL tools, and APIs to identify patterns and support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA in an Agile environment. Contribute to product roadmaps, sprint planning, and the continuous improvement of internal systems. Support model development, pattern recognition, and business logic optimization. Engage with stakeholders from investment, finance, and IT to ensure solutions align with business goals. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in business analysis or software development, particularly within the investment or banking sector. Proven track record in managing complex IT projects involving integrations and data migrations. Strong documentation skills including BRD, FSD, use cases (preferably in Gherkin format), and business process modeling. Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and ETL pipelines. Solid experience in data analysis, solution design, and business process reengineering. Familiarity with financial systems, databases, and UI/UX considerations. Hands-on experience in Agile methodology and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
