The Issaquah School Based Care Manager is responsible for providing case coordination and a full range of clinical social work services including but not limited to psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention and resource referral, within a high school setting. The School Based Counselor partners with the adolescent and when appropriate, his/her support system as well as connecting him/her with resources inside the school system and in the community.
