About the Role:
Our client is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team and help keep their business operations running smoothly. This is a dynamic, multi-tasking role that involves handling office communications, onboarding new team members, supporting payroll and financial reporting, and ensuring operational compliance.
The Office Manager ensures smooth daily operations by managing communications, personnel onboarding, payroll, compliance reporting, and financial processes. This role supports company-wide coordination, maintains accurate records, and upholds operational and regulatory standards.
Location:
Columbia, SC 29223 Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours/week) Pay:
$45-60k (based on healthcare/insurance industry and leadership experience)
Key Responsibilities: Manage employee onboarding, records, and shared calendars Process payroll and benefits reporting (1st & 15th) Coordinate compliance reports and respond to security alerts Oversee office communications, scheduling, and supply management Support bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and financial reporting via QuickBooks Track spending on projects and advertising initiatives Assist with audits, insurance renewals, and operational updates Provide backup support for commissions and customer service when needed What Were Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Experience in office administration, payroll, and compliance preferred
