Job Purpose: We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Wautoma, WI. In this role, you will responsibly be maintaining production machines by performing a variety of maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, painting, tooling, fabrication, welding, and HVAC troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, which may include mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, pipe fitting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, arc and acetylene welding, steam boiler maintenance, tool die and fabrication equipment maintenance. Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and perform adjustments. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Paint to maintain safety controls and general appearance of facility. Use a variety of hand and power tools, test and measuring devices, which may include precision multi-meter, micrometers, chart recorders, oscilloscopes, and electrical, mechanical, and electronic analysis and diagnostic.
