As a Team Lead at Reserv, you will be a working leader providing support to a Claims manager with leadership and claim technical responsibilities. Leadership responsibilities include overseeing adjusting staff servicing a commercial auto delivery & ride share client. You will leverage technology and analytics to drive operational effectiveness and performance. This role balances management responsibilities and individual contributor responsibilities when volume dictates the need for assistance with a claim. Who you are

Flexibility to switch from claims handling to coaching and feedback Agility with the ability to pivot between priorities quickly Serve as backup/leader when the Manager is out of office Onboarding tasks, access provisioning, and cultural immersion for new hires Subject Matter Expert for first-line questions, escalations, roundtable discussions Dependable in achieving or exceeding goals and overcoming obstacles Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling (intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, recovery) Align team with client and customer expectations of the claims process Resource for escalated claims Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional growth Attract, hire, retain, and train with support from leadership Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients; advise on trends and loss mitigation Increased reserve and payment authority with ability to assist with moderate reviews Identify topics for team Huddles and Elevated Claims Experience Workshops Customer Obsession Championadvocate for a customer-centric mindset Requirements
Active insurance adjusters license in designated/home state Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines, with preference for auto and some bodily injury 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment Experience with auto delivery and/or Ride Share (or TNC/Livery) required Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems/processes Commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail Integrity and accountability in handling confidential information Willing to obtain all licenses within 60 days, including state testing Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs Willingness to travel for clients and claims needs Benefits
