Key Responsibilities: Deliver a superior dining experience by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations in a fine dining setting. Maintain an expert level of knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and wine pairings to guide guests and recommend pairings with confidence. Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure proper presentation and preparation of all items. Establish and maintain positive guest relationships by being attentive, personable, and responsive to requests. Promote and upsell menu items and beverages based on guest preferences, enhancing their dining experience. Work cohesively with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to ensure smooth service and the highest level of guest satisfaction. Ensure all tables and dining areas are set and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Qualifications: Previous experience as a fine dining server or in an upscale restaurant setting is required. A strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, wine pairings, and high-end customer service standards. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally. Ability to stand for long periods and carry multiple trays or heavy orders. Flexible hours with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a luxury environment.
