The Lift Truck Driver is responsible for locating and moving inventory throughout the facility to ensure the timely processing of customer orders. This role typically reports into the Operations Supervisor and is based in our Stockbridge Distribution Center. Responsibilities include: Lock Inventory to Lost and communicate with the Inventory Department. Observe housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility; stay within compliance of the company policies regarding safety. Work with Wave Planning, Inventory Control, and Training to ensure the adherence of area processes. Perform other tasks as assigned, including pulling during low volume periods. Support the Coordinator/Supervisor in all duties as assigned including all operational areas of the Distribution Center. We'd love to hear from you if: You can pass the lift driver and safety certification. You have basic knowledge of WMOS, including scanner tasks and functions. You are a team player willing to perform various job duties to support the department and the facility objectives and key performance indicators. You have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, scan with RF equipment, bend, twist, and be on your feet for shifts up to 12 hours long. You can communicate clearly and effectively with others (Supervisors, Managers, and peers). You are flexible to work overtime and comply with blackout periods (no vacation or personal time allowed) during peak periods. Preferred skills include: Efficiently handling tasks to include material handling and stock movement. One to two years' experience operating equipment in an automated, fast-paced distribution environment.
