Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and industrial systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in production machinery and facility infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and industrial systems. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in production machinery and facility infrastructure. Maintain and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including air handlers, compressors, and thermostats. Inspect, service, and repair industrial equipment such as mixers, conveyors, pumps, and packaging machines. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and HVAC units. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner. Essential Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and industrial systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Basic computer skills for logging maintenance data. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
