Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Responsibilities
Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer following procedures Promotes credit and loyalty programs Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and store Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction goals and programs Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment Other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For
