Platinum Parking, a leader in parking management and valet services across the Tampa Bay area, is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Parking Attendants in St. Petersburg, Florida. About The Role
As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with parking equipment, providing accurate local information, and directing incoming vehicles to appropriate parking spaces within our garages.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in using parking equipment and payment systems. Provide guests with directions and information about local attractions, restaurants, and events. Direct incoming cars to available parking spaces or specific areas within the garage. Monitor parking areas for safety and cleanliness. Report any equipment malfunctions or security issues to management promptly.
Requirements
Be 19 years of age or older Capable of working in a fast pace environment Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively Be willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Drivers record checks Be willing to undergo random drug screenings 1 year customer service preferred Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of mechanical operations is a plus.
