Operate regional van truckload routes within the Eastern 37 states Maintain safe and efficient driving, with a focus on meeting dispatch schedules Utilize advance dispatch information to plan trips and optimize drive time Handle 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight where applicable Pay and Schedule
Average pay:
$1,030-$1,260
weekly Home time: Every other week Sign-On and Incentives
Sign-on bonus:
$6,000
for experienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year) Sign-on bonus:
$3,000
for inexperienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year) Mileage incentive: Potential to receive a
$0.02/mile
increase based on weekly miles run and goals Payouts: Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving) Paid orientation Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 paid holidays per year Annual bonus: Earn up to
