Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures Promotes credit and loyalty programs Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising procedures and standards Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed Maintains store cleanliness and recovery standards; participates in overall store upkeep Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures Supports shrink reduction goals and programs Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment Other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For
Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task Able to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits
