Office Manager
plays a vital role in supporting patients, staff, and physicians by overseeing front desk operations and ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience for every patient. This highly organized and people-focused professional not only manages daily office operations and supervises staff but also supports the growth of the clinic as it expands to include additional locations. By collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the

to join our dedicated team at
Pinnacle Fertility . This is a
full-time, onsite position
located in
Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations across all clinic locations to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage employee performance reviews at 90 days and bi-annually, setting goals and providing coaching, mentorship, and corrective action as needed. Support staff development by identifying learning needs and coordinating training or enrichment opportunities. Ensure adequate staffing, approve time-off requests, and assist with hiring for open roles. Resolve patient and staff concerns through proactive problem-solving and service recovery initiatives. Collaborate with Financial Services to ensure accurate insurance, billing, and payment processes. Ensure staff maintain expertise in patient services operations, technology systems, and insurance/financial requirements. Partner with Marketing and Financial Services to provide staff training and updates as needed. Track departmental performance goals and expectations. Foster a strong culture of customer service by modeling excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring patients feel welcomed, respected, and supported throughout their journey. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Position Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of office management or front desk supervision, preferably in healthcare. Experience in women’s health or fertility is a plus. Knowledge of HR, payroll, billing, or operations (1-2 years preferred). Experience supporting or setting up additional clinic locations is strongly preferred. Skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and develop staff. Commitment to patient-centered care and privacy. Proficiency with relevant technology and software systems. Annual Salary:
