Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a newly formed team focused on building a prototype process to unify fragmented data sources into a comprehensive 360-degree customer view. This initiative aims to drive commercial clarity, execution, and momentum. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in Azure Fabric, PySpark, Natural Language Processing (NLP), customer matching algorithms, and data warehousing ETL processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of machine learning models for customer data harmonization and fuzzy matching logic. Cleanse and prepare key data sources for integration and analysis. Build and refine customer hierarchy structures and relationships. Implement human-in-the-loop processes to enhance data accuracy and model performance. Develop and maintain reliable daily data processing pipelines. Amplify insights through expanded data sources and agile analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and resources. Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Contribute to the design and execution of scalable, cloud-native data solutions. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles. Expert-level proficiency in Azure Fabric PySpark Natural Language Processing (NLP), including LLMs and prompt engineering Customer matching algorithms Data warehousing and ETL processes Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and orchestration tools. Experience working in fast-paced, global, and complex environments. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power BI Desktop projects. Familiarity with enterprise data strategy and customer data platforms. Background in medical device or healthcare industries is a plus.
