As a Banquet Utility, you'll help set up and break down event spaces, support cleanliness, and ensure everything is where it should beon time and on point. What You Bring One year of experience in hospitality, event setup, or utility support preferred Ability to read diagrams and follow setup instructions accurately Calm, reliable presence and a positive team attitude Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's) Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process Physical Requirements and Work Environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by Guest needs or event schedules. Will involve standing/walking for extended periods lifting up to 50 lbs
