Regular, Temp-to-Hire Employment Type
Full-Time Work Hours (Shift)
Days (6:00am-6:00pm), Nights (6:00pm-6:00am), 2-2-3 schedule (not rotating), Flexible schedule available
8, 10, 12-hour shifts, Starting Pay
Starting at $18.50, based on experience Benefits
Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education
High School Diploma/GED Required Experience
At least 1 year of experience
As a machine operator you will be expected to be a team player and help where needed to include operating, setup, and tear down of machines; packaging; cleaning duties; and any other labor as needed.
Responsibilities -Set up or operate and adjust any of the following: rewinding/folding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, or stacking -Ensure that the machine is meeting efficiency requirements -Package products to specifications -Perform quality checks, communicate, and correct where necessary -Some cleaning is expected - Communicates well and can adapt to varying work conditions Qualifications -Able to lift 50 pounds -Able to stand (12 hours), bend, lift, twist as needed -Mechanically inclined preferred but not required
