Option 1 - 100% Outpatient Pulmonology
- No call, no weekends
- Predictable schedule with excellent work-life balance
- Optional sleep medicine component
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support available
Option 2 - 50/50 Pulmonary & Critical Care
- Flexible block scheduling: 1 week ICU (7 on, 7 off) alternating with 2 weeks of pulmonary clinic
- Mix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonology for a well-rounded practice
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary + lucrative production model:
- 90th percentile: up to $781K
- 75th percentile: $614K
- 70th percentile: $530K
- $75K sign-on bonus + $10K relocation allowance
- Financial support agreement
- APP supervision and excess call compensation
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
