McLaren Medical Group - McLaren Flint Hospital is looking for an OB - this would be for 24 hour call coverage only, no clinic. Need will be ongoing.

$2,200 daily call
$250 callback
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
ALL providers for McLaren Flint are to stay at the McLaren Flint Hospitality House only. Prior approval is required for alternate lodging.

Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved

• ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
• Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - Required
• MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
• BLS - Required
• Provider must be local - REQUIRED, no exceptions
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
• Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
• Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - required
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
  
• Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
