Locums CRNA Clinic + Call La Grande, OR Why This Role?
- Fully autonomous CRNA role at a supportive critical access hospital
- Broad surgical mix with consistent weekday schedule
- Collaborative environment with CRNA-led model and anesthesiologist backup Duration : 9/1/2025, 6 Months +Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts/week (7a-5:30p), 1 weekday 24-hour call/week, 1 weekend/month (30-minute response time)Clinical Details:
- 4 CRNAs and 1 Anesthesiologist; CRNAs practice independently with MD available for backup
- OB, endoscopy, regional anesthesia, spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks required
- PICC line experience preferred but not required
- Case types: ortho, general surgery, podiatry, ENT, urology, OB/GYN, healthy peds, cataracts, endoscopy
- No cardiac, neuro, or spine cases
- Daily volume: 5-20 cases/day, 2-4 ORs running daily
- EMR: Epic Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active Oregon license or in process
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- DEA preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Clean history Skills Needed:
- General anesthesia (TIVA, inhalation), MAC sedation
- Spinals, epidurals, ultrasound-guided regional blocks
- OB analgesia and anesthesia including C-sections
- Airway management including intubation, LMA
- ASA Class I IV patients Notes:
- New grads welcome
- Must be comfortable practicing independently
- OB experience required if taking call
- Reason for need: coverage due to CRNA departure
