The Orlando Health Medical Group (OHMG) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Medical Director to join our premier Executive Health Program (EHP). EHP is a premier, concierge-style healthcare service designed for patients on-the-go, offering elevated, comprehensive, preventive, and time-efficient medical care. Participants receive in-depth health assessments, priority scheduling, personalized wellness plans, access to top-tier Orlando Health (OH) specialists, advanced diagnostics, and telemedicine for a seamless, concierge experience.
The ideal candidate is a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience, previous work in executive or concierge medicine in a large healthcare system is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead OHMG s EHP program development and serve as a key stakeholder in the expansion of OH s corporate health services strategy.
- Develops and maintains corporate and OH foundation partnerships.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance.
- Serves as the EHP program liaison with OHMG specialty institute leaders.
- Conduct detailed executive physical examinations, including comprehensive medical histories, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to each executive s health goals, risk factors, and lifestyle.
- Coordinate specialty consultations, imaging, and laboratory services to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
- Provide preventive care counseling and lifestyle coaching to support long-term health and performance.
- Maintain close communication with patients, offering high-touch service including timely follow-ups and 24/7 availability when needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., nutritionists, psychologists, specialists) to ensure holistic care.
- Stay abreast of the latest medical research and executive health trends to continually enhance service offerings.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development efforts.
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA residency
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Unrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Previous work in executive or concierge medicine highly preferred
- Prior leadership experience and developing new programs with a large healthcare system is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills working with high end clientele
