Travel On Call: On an as needed basis, 45-minute response time, if a dose is needed the NM tech will call the pharmacy from home to order the dose as well as inform the ordering provider that there will be a wait for the dose to arrive. They will then come in when the dose is expected to arrive (can be an hour to an hour and half). Will work working 2 weekends, off 1 weekend (630-1500) and variable shifts M-F (630-1500, 730-1600, or 830-1730) 5x8s Days 2 years required License and Certification Requirements AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED California Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board -REQUIRED Certified Nuclear Medicine Technology (N)(ARRT) - ARRT OR NMTCB Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board -REQUIRED Certified Computed Tomography (CT)(ARRT) - ARRT OR Certified Computed Tomography Technology NMTCB(CT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board OR -REQUIRED
REQUIRED: Satisfactory completion of formal training program in an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine technology that meets the requirements for the State of California and/or Federal mandated certification or equivalent.
