Overview
We are looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Digital Designer who is ready to take their skills beyond routine production and into a fully digital, innovation-driven workflow. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced esthetic cases, pushing the limits of Exocad design, digital wax-ups, milling, and resin 3D printing. If youve been perfecting your craft and are seeking a position where precision, creativity, and technology intersect, this is your chance to step into a lab environment that values both technical excellence and growth. Responsibilities
Perform digital wax-ups and full-mouth digital design work with high precision and esthetic focus. Utilize Exocad to perform case setup, margin placement, occlusal adjustments, and anatomic contouring. Operate and manage the Ceramill Motion milling machine, including setup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Manage digital workflows for resin 3D printers, including STL preparation, build orientation, support generation, and post-curing protocols. Collaborate closely with ceramists, technicians, and doctors in house and from other locations to ensure accuracy and esthetic outcomes. Maintain digital libraries, material parameters, and system updates. Maintain an accurate live spreadsheet of all cases milled, printed and designed. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in dental CAD/CAM design. Advanced proficiency with Exocad (anatomic and esthetic-driven designs). Strong technical knowledge of digital wax-up protocols. Experience operating and maintaining Ceramill Motion milling machines. Hands-on knowledge of resin 3D printing workflows. Familiarity with digital material libraries (zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, etc.). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for digital production equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-unit implant cases and full-arch digital workflows. Familiarity with other CAD/CAM platforms (e.g., 3Shape,) is a plus. Understanding of esthetic protocols in high-end dental restorations. Key Competencies
Precision and attention to detail in digital design. Strong technical troubleshooting ability. Ability to manage high case volume under strict timelines. Clear communication and collaboration with lab team members.
