The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters visit. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community. Major Duties & Responsibilities
Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the best vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed. Actively participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff. Maintain an attractive and organized store appearance, displays and inventory. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of retail or customer service experience Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers and calculators with basic math skills Willingness to learn new technology and adapt with a high level of accuracy Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals Strong communication skills (oral and written) Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a quickly changing environment Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: 16.74 - 22.89 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
