Aggregates Operator
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate yard loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently. Maintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and blending. Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks. Follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines at all times. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate yard activities. Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care. Strong understanding of safety and operational procedures. Capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. $21.10 to $29.00 per hour. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
