Timeless steakhouse dishes are elevated by Chef Minas refined technique and infused with his arsenal of world flavors and creative flair. The restaurant accomplishes all the traditions expected from a steakhouse, offering the finest cuts of premium beef and seafood complimented by a cutting-edge wine and spirits program, and using local farmers and purveyors to highlight the regions finest ingredients. A hospitality minded professional who delights in exceeding guests expectations and creating memorable moments. YOU BRING THE FUN! You will be an integral part of our service team with a natural inclination towards organization and eloquence. With your laser sharp attention to detail, you will strive to improve yourself and your peers every day. What you bring to the table: 2-4 years experience in a fine dining or high end lounge atmosphere Exceptional communication skills Extensive food and wine knowledge Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS and Microsoft based computer system At least 18 years of age Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Salary range: $59-87/hr ($19.76 base rate + $40-70 in hourly tips) est.
