Our state-of-the-art lab in SE Charlotte is looking for an experienced C&B Model Technician to join our growing team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create model of patients mouth by pouring mix into a dental impression and allowing to set. Reading and interpreting doctors prescription information Mix gypsum base powder with water in precise amounts to make high quality mix with little or no air bubbles. Pin, trim, base, and articulate models Test models for functionality and accuracy of occlusion using articulators that mimics bite and movement of patients jaw Clean work area daily once set of models is complete Qualifications: Proven experience in Crown & Bridge Model Production Strong understanding of dental anatomy and prosthetics. Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced lab. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Ideal Candidate will also be fully capable of die trimming a large quantity of cases per day (this skill would also provide ability for higher pay rate).
