**The Schedule will be: 4 Days on, 3 Days off, 3 Days on, 4 Days off. Every other Wednesday and every Thursday through Saturday Starting at 6:00am-5:30Pm (With Overtime Often. Average work week is 45-50 Hours)****Rate of pay is $29.36/HR. We are also offering a $2,000 Stay-on Bonus!****What We Offer:*** Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits.* 401K Plan, $1 for $1 match up to 5% Annual Contribution.* Paid Time Off* $2,000 Stay On Bonus!* $250 Yearly Boot Allowance* $$ Yearly Safety Bonus $$**Duties and Responsibilities:*** In this position you will be operating a Roll off truck on a specified route to Deliver and Pickup up Drop Boxes from the local Mills.* Must be able to drive manual transmission.* Ability to read route tablet and service each customer identified on the Route Tablet or assigned by the dispatcher.* Perform routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.* Ability to perform a physically demanding job, loading and unloading, at times with no helpers.* Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at designated facilities.* Courteous interaction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.**Working Conditions and Physical Effort:*** Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required objects over 50 pounds.* Operating Truck to Deliver Roll Off Box and Pick up Roll Off Boxes.* The work environment involves some exposure to physical risks, such as moving mechanical parts, which require following basic safety precautions.* The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate.**Minimum Job Requirements:*** **Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement.
