High School diploma or equivalent Ability to operate POS/Cash Register Must pass background check (Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry) Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist Ability to grasp, push, pull objects (e.g., carts, fixtures, furniture) Ability to operate a telephone Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive motions Responsibilities
Greet customers and donors, providing courteous assistance Stock and merchandise items on the sales floor according to standards Sort donations following Salvation Army standards Additional Duties
Maintain store cleanliness and organization Perform cleaning (windows, dusting, mopping, etc.) Assist with donation processing and inventory management Follow safety, HR, dress code policies and attend meetings Ensure store coverage and flexibility in scheduling Unload and stock incoming inventory, inspect products, and assist donors Other Details
