Job Objective:
RelaDyne is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales organization. This individual will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring alignment across business units including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service. By maintaining key systems, supporting compensation programs, and enabling strategic decision-making, this role will be essential in maximizing sales effectiveness and driving operational excellence.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Incentive Compensation Support
Build and maintain sales compensation platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ). Track, audit, and support administration of commissions and incentive plans. Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure timely, accurate payouts. Provide visibility into compensation metrics and performance.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
Create and maintain dashboards and reports covering performance, pipeline, forecasts, and productivity. Monitor KPIs including quota attainment, deal velocity, win/loss rates, and pipeline coverage. Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and opportunities.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
Support monthly and quarterly sales forecasting processes. Analyze pipeline health and provide actionable insights to improve conversions. Assist with territory design and quota planning.
Tools & Technology Integration
Support evaluation and implementation of sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo). Act as the liaison for troubleshooting and vendor coordination. Track adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement platforms.
Ad Hoc Support & Strategic Projects
Contribute to special initiatives including product launches, ERP transitions, or M&A integrations. Conduct market analysis and define KPIs to evaluate growth initiatives. Provide data and insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
CRM Management & Optimization
Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce, HubSpot). Develop and manage CRM reports, fields, and workflows. Train sales staff on CRM best practices and ensure adoption.
Process Improvement & Enablement
Evaluate and refine sales processes to drive consistency and efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve lead management and reporting workflows. Develop standard operating procedures and sales playbooks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred. CRM experience required (Salesforce highly preferred). Experience with CaptivateIQ preferred. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the industrial, logistics, or lubricant distribution business sectors Familiarity with ERP system SAP. Understanding of sales commission structures and incentive plans.
