$20.00/hour One Willow Bridge in Vail is hiring a Room Attendant. Note: We cannot consider H2B candidates at this time. Primary Purpose of Position

The Room Attendant Level I position will be responsible for maintaining the OWBR residences and common areas to the highest housekeeping standards and ensuring that all owners and guests receive service above and beyond their expectations. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Obtain and exhibit knowledge of the OWBR room attendant position. Obtain and exhibit basic knowledge of used hardware (home automation, HVAC, phones, etc.) which is deployed in the residences to be able to turn on and off all necessary fixtures and to guarantee a smooth operation. Communicate all guest complaints and problems in a positive and professional manner. Communicate problems to the OWBR management. Gain and display knowledge of all OWBR cleaning supplies and techniques. Mainly used chemicals: Comet Spic & Span Tilex Break up Oven & Grill cleaner Furniture polish Barkeepers Friend Vinegar Etc.

Assist in any area of the OWBR housekeeping department that is under pressure to ensure that guests are provided prompt and quality service. Review arrival listings and paying close attention to owners, VIPs and return guests ensuring any special requests are taken care of. Display a sense of self quality control for the assigned housekeeping area to ensure the highest quality standard. Record and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor or OWBR management. Review daily the housekeeping task list with special attention to special requests of owners and guests. Ensure that the assigned work area gets serviced in the appropriate time. Complete daily tasks such as:

Making beds and changing linens Cleaning bathrooms (vanities, showers including shower doors & walls, bathtubs, toilets and all bathroom floors, replace towels & amenities) Cleaning kitchens (clean dirty dishes, empty out & load dishwashers, clean refrigerators / freezers, clean ovens, clean stoves, clean cabinets, replace missing or broken dishes, trash removal) Dust all bedroom rooms, kitchens and living rooms. Clean dining areas and living rooms (chairs, couches, tables, rearranging furniture...) Push housekeeping carts

Record all owner and guest preferences in the preference and passes the information on to the HSKP supervisor or OWBR management. Coordinate guest requests with OWBR management and OWBR concierge staff. Maintain constant and close communication with the OWBR housekeeping supervisor regarding the progress of the assigned work area.

Education/Experience

Several years of previous experience in housekeeping in a high-end property. Preferable good spoken and written English. The Housekeeping department has a great impact on the properties atmosphere and therefore, the housekeeping staff should reflect warm hospitality mixed with professional discipline, yet proffering a relaxed, pleasant, caring demeanor. Essential Physical Requirements

Typical Working Conditions

Typically, most working conditions will be indoors. However, the OWBR housekeeping staff will be required to check on areas outside the building on a daily basis.
