The Dabney . The Dabney, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Blagden Alley, is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess plays a key role in creating an exceptional and memorable dining experience from the very first interaction. Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and cared for Manage reservations and walk-ins with professionalism and efficiency using OpenTable Coordinate seating to optimize the flow of service and guest experience in both the dining room and bar Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to support seamless service Answer phones and guest inquiries with grace and accuracy Assist with coat check, menus, and other guest needs as required Maintain a polished and organized host stand and entryway area Qualifications
Prior hospitality or fine dining experience preferred but not required Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for hospitality How to apply
