Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store, aligned with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Your Daily Adventures
Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards. Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment. Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and report any violations to a supervisor. Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales. Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and e-mail. Assist with other duties as required by store management. Your Toolkit
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience. Outgoing, competitive, and personable with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture. Capacity to work collaboratively with all Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals. Compensation
