Responsibilities
- Own the attribution mapping details for data elements from source systems to target data marts
- Translate business requirements into detailed mapping documents and develop maintainable code
- Provide continuous improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and quality
- Assess technical viability of new data solutions and provide design guidance
- Contribute to technical documentation and participate in Mapping Review Sessions
Qualifications
- Master's Degree with 5+ years data analytics experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SQL
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Big Query
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data quality validations
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AML, Fraud, or the Financial Industry
- Familiarity with Ab Initio or ETL tools
- Proven ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
