The Technical Support Rep - Floor Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and perimeter areas of the store daily, while providing superior customer service. They must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to detail. Duties may include responsibilities in the Receiving Department and will vary as assigned or listed in specific requirements. Responsibilities include: Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and safety Cleaning and picking up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the store Responding promptly to hazardous floor conditions Adhering to OSHA standards in chemical usage Using the HEB chemical program and properly organizing/maintaining stock in the maintenance room Washing windows and mirrors throughout the store Empting and cleaning trash receptacles Maintaining ceiling air vents and replacing light bulbs Assisting customers in locating products Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met by following SOPs Performing other duties as assigned Requirements
Basic safety knowledge Basic shrink knowledge Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail Valuing diversity Prior work experience preferred
