Serve as driver for ACE I and ACE II delivery vehicle. Complete mail runs on a regularly scheduled basis. Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles during pickup or delivery to the Center. Operate and run a forklift where applicable.* Ensure vehicle is maintained, clean and operable. Report deficiencies to the Facility and Supply Manager and Site Supervisor. Clean floors, windows of mailroom, and dispose of trash as required. Maintain daily travel log. Other duties as assigned by the Facility and Supplies Manager. Coordinate production activities ensuring that personnel meet contract requirements. Responsible for inspection and quality control of mail room services. Submit completed timesheets to the Site Supervisor. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Quality. Capable of performing with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background security clearance. Minimum of 18 years of age with High School diploma or G.E.D. Able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Physical Demands
While performing the duties of the job, the individual is required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear and use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools or controls. The individual must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employment details
