Join the world's largest shipbuilding company and play a key role in supporting Navy vessel construction. We're looking for a reliable and energetic Material Handler to manage and deliver essential materials in a dynamic shipyard environment. What You'll Do
Handle and move materials such as pipe, fittings, vents, valves, and insulation (up to 50 lbs) Deliver materials to various locations, including open areas, confined spaces, and elevated platforms onboard ships Perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing, crawling, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods Work in diverse environments onboard Navy vessels and in shop settings What We're Looking For
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Strong work ethic: dependable, energetic, and safety-focused Familiarity with material storage and picking systems General labor experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must have a valid U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate Why You'll Love It Here

Shipyard spans over 5 miles in Southeast Virginia Conditions vary: hot and humid in summer, cool in winter Work performed onboard Navy ships or in shop areas Shifts available: 1st: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM 2nd: 3:30 PM 11:00 PM 3rd: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM The pay range for this position is $21.36 - $27.31/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
