What We’re Looking For If you’re an experienced civil engineer with a passion for transportation, we want to hear from you. Whether your background is in design, project management, or both, your ability to lead, collaborate, and problem-solve is what matters most. About You You’re a licensed PE You have experience leading roadway projects and is excited about guiding others. You’ve got at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on DOT or local government work. You’re comfortable with Microstation/Geopak or ORD, familiar with Minnesota DOT design standards, and confident overseeing teams and budgets. Apply today!
