Join a dynamic team in the marine manufacturing industry! As a Fiberglass Laminator, you'll help build high-quality boat components using fiberglass and resin. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, we welcome motivated individuals ready to learn and grow. Boat experience is a PLUS but not required. Responsibilities
Prepare molds and materials for production Apply fiberglass using spray guns or hand lay-up techniques Smooth out layers to eliminate air pockets and ensure proper bonding Mix resins and remove cured parts from molds Use tools like rollers and mil gauges for quality control Maintain a clean and organized work area Why Join Us?
