2nd Shift Quality Inspector Electronics
Location: Fairfield, NJ Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: Up to $30/hour based on experience and interview We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The role focuses on inspecting and ensuring that both purchased and assembled materials conform to documented specifications. You will perform routine inspection samplings on components, raw materials, and finished products using micrometers, machine tools, calipers, and dial indicators. Perform product Quality Inspections as per IPC-610 Standards Perform applicable verifications and first article inspections To assure quality standards are being adhered to throughout the manufacturing process Inspect components, raw materials, and finished products to ensure they meet documented specifications. Utilize micrometers, machine tools, calipers, and dial indicators for quality checks. Ensure that the Bill of Material is followed according to specifications for customer-specific printed circuit boards. Work closely with the Quality Assurance department to ensure the highest quality of incoming and outgoing products. Make necessary repairs and coordinate rework back to production if required. Requirements: Must have experience working in electronics 3-5 years of quality inspection experience in the electronics field. Proficient in using micrometers, machine tools, calipers, and dial indicators. Certification in IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications AS-9100 certification is preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
